Privacy note: Resume files are stored securely with encryption at rest. The AI-generated summary contains only professional highlights—no personal identifiers beyond your name and role history. You can request deletion of all resume data at any time.
Retention Policy
Default retention is 18 months, configurable per customer. Data deletion jobs fully wipe transcripts, embeddings, and logs. We use industry-standard encryption for all sensitive data at rest and in transit.
